Case Law Access Project

Three hundred and sixty years of United States case law is available online at the “Case Law Access Project” at Harvard Law School. The project’s website includes all official, book-published United States case law — every volume designated as an official report of decisions by a court within the United States. The database is fully text searchable. These materials are not local court records but are cases that have been appealed to a higher court.
