Periodically Search the FamilySearch Catalog

FamilySearch is adding digital images of microfilm to their site on a regular basis. The easiest way to find these materials is to periodically search the card catalog.

Viewing the “film notes” will indicate if the material is available in digital format as those items have a camera icon on the far right hand side as shown in the illustration.

Checking daily isn’t necessary, but a bi-monthly review for materials of interest may be advised as material is added regularly with no fanfare on the website.
